Scholarships

Students who will receive scholarships from outside organizations or agencies must have the  Scholarship Designation Form  completed to ensure the scholarship is applied accurately to the students account. This form must be submitted with the scholarship check to ensure all scholarship requirements are met prior to disbursing funds.

FAFSA Completion Requirement
A Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be on file as part of your application for a Foundation scholarship. The FAFSA helps determine your eligibility for federal financial aid and ensures we can provide access to scholarship funding.

1. Have you completed the FAFSA for the current academic year?
   • Yes
   • No

If you answered "No," please note:
A completed FAFSA is required to be considered for this scholarship. To complete your FAFSA, follow these steps:

• Visit http://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
• Create or log into your FSA ID account.
• Complete the FAFSA application for the academic year. Search for Coconino Community College or use Coconino Community College’s Federal School Code: 031004

Once your FAFSA is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Contact our Financial Aid Office if you need assistance or have questions about the FAFSA process.
